news
from Jen (?) and a guy named Drew who has since quit/been fired,
whichever it
was. Sounds like you blew out your knee big time, eh? I remember how
you used
to harass me about my knee and it?s lack of cartilage "Is that because
you?re
old?"--Well, I?m too nice of a guy to harass you in this situation. One
of the
coolest things about you is that you live life on the edge, the hell
with the
consequences, and it has cost you a few times with weekend community
service,
visions of fearsome purple reindeer and a few sporting injuries.
Remember the
time that you and me went to deliver some godawful-heavy goddamn thing
to
someone?s house, through the snow and all just after you had had
buggered up
your arm snowboarding? Anyway, Ed Waugh wouldn?t be the Eddie we know
if he
lived a careful life and didn?t do as his instinct told him at the
moment.
You?re the guy in the Butthole Surfers song "Pepper": Some will fall
in life
and drink it from a fountain --- That is falling like an avalanche,
coming down
the mountain.

Are you mobile at all these days? Drop me another email here, and

arrange to get together real soon either aver at your place or

there could be some beers involved, who knows. Work is the same, maybe
a bit
slower than the last couple months. Len is still hyper as a bastard,
Doug still
expects everyone to work all the time, and the new guys are generaly
quiffs. We
miss you aroung the shop.
